Q. Does Franklin Place sell directly to the public?
A. No. We sell only to interior designers, design showrooms, and retail designers.

Q. I am not a interior designer or retailer, where can I buy Franklin Place products?
A. You may buy any of our products through your interior designer or one of our retail dealers. If you don't have an interior designer and you would like for us to refer one to you, please contact us and we will be glad to call or send the requested information.

Q. Does Franklin Place have a printed catalog?
A. No. We are currently only offering photos of our products on the website. However, we are constantly adding new items to our photo gallery so please check back on a regular basis.

Q. There are no prices listed on the website. How can I find out the price on a particular item?
A. Through one of our retailers or interior designers. If you are a retailer or interior designer who need to know pricing please contact our customer service department.

Q. What is the lead time to receive a product?
A. We try to stock most items in our inventory in an unfinished state. Most finishing takes 4 to 6 weeks. If the item you are interested in is not in stock please allow 90 to 120 days for production time.

Q. How are Franklin Place items shipped?
A. All shipments are FOB Gastonia, NC by furniture carriers or common carriers. We do not ship to residences unless the item can be sent by UPS.
